#### Ice Cream Freezer Placement Guidelines

1. Freezer Placement Options We offer various placement options for our ice cream freezers to suit the needs of our clients:-

1.1 In-Store Placement: Ideal for supermarkets ,convenience stores, Caffe and restaurants our freezers can occupy high-traffic areas to maximize visibility.

1.2 Outdoor Placement: For venues with significant foot traffic, outdoor placement may also be available, subject to weather considerations and local regulations.

1.3 Special Events: Freezers can be deployed at festivals, fairs, or events where ice cream sales can be optimized.

1.4 Location: The ice cream freezer shall be placed at the agreed location within the client’s premises, which must be easily accessible to both the customers and service personnel.

1.5 Installation: Our company will handle the installation of the freezer, ensuring it meets all local health and safety standards. An installation date will be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing. Clients must provide assistance as needed for safe delivery and positioning.

#### 2. **Product Supply Terms**

2.1 Inventory Management: Our company will be responsible for supplying products for the freezer. The client agrees to notify us when stock levels are low to ensure uninterrupted service.

2.2 Product Variety: The selection of products offered can be discussed and customized based on client preferences, subject to availability. Our company endeavors to provide high-quality ice cream that meets customer satisfaction.

2.3 Pricing: Prices for all products will be set out in a separate pricing schedule and are subject to change with prior notification.

#### 3. **Client Responsibilities**

3.1 Space Requirements: The client must provide adequate space for the freezer without obstructing store flow or customer access. adhering to the specified dimensions and necessary electrical requirements.

3.2 - Power Supply: A dedicated power outlet must be available to ensure consistent operation. The recommended voltage is 220V.

3.3 - Temperature Conditions: Freezers must be placed in an environment where ambient temperatures do not exceed specified limits to maintain product quality.

3.2 Access: The client agrees to grant access to our staff for installation, maintenance, and restocking of the freezer during regular business hours.

3.3 Condition of Location: The client is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment around the freezer to ensure optimal performance and compliance with health regulations.

#### 4. **Maintenance**

4.1 Maintenance and Inspection: Al Ameen Trading & Distribution will conduct regular maintenance checks every three months maintenance will be conducted by our team to ensure optimal functioning of the freezer. The initial inspection will occur within the first month of placement, followed by semi-annual inspections. Clients must report any operational issues promptly.

#### 5. **Financial Terms**

5.1 Agreement Duration: This agreement shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of installation, with the option for renewal.

5.2 Payment Terms: Payments for product supply will be made on a [weekly] basis. Invoices will be issued at the end of each billing period.

5.3 Late Payments: Any late payments will incur a charge of [5%] of the overdue amount per month until settled. This ensures timely reimbursement for our services and product supply.

7.1 Product Quality: Al Ameen Trading & Distribution guarantees the quality of its products; however, clients must ensure proper handling and storage to maintain this quality post-sale.

7.2 Liability Limitation: Our company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or usage of the ice cream freezer.

7.3 Insurance: The client is encouraged to maintain adequate insurance to cover any potential risks or losses that may occur at their location, particularly concerning the ice cream freezer.

#### 8. **Confidentiality**

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the duration of this agreement private, and neither party shall disclose such information without the prior written consent of the other.

Should keep allowed only our distributing products. restriction of milk, butter milk, yogurt, juices, water and any kind of frozen snacks or meats items strictly prohibited. clients agree to indemnify Al Ameen Trading & Distribution against any claims or damages that may arise from the operation or usage terms of the ice cream freezer.
